Veterans and retired defence personnel
Dependent family members with valid documentation
Individuals 18 years or older

3. Verification Process

To access exclusive discounts, you must complete our verification process by submitting valid defence credentials. Providing false information or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of payment failure or fraud

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and tour package. Specific terms are displayed during booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Treat properties and staff with respect
Not misuse or abuse our services

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Drishya Hospitality Management and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and property partners. While we verify properties, we are not liable for issues arising from property services, amenities, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
