Our Story
Founded in 2024, Drishya Hospitality Management emerged from a deep respect for India's armed forces and a recognition that those who serve our nation deserve exceptional value and service when they travel.
We noticed a gap in the market—while many businesses offered generic discounts, few provided truly exclusive, verified experiences tailored specifically for defence personnel, veterans, and their families. We set out to change that.
Today, we partner with hundreds of verified properties and tour operators across India, negotiating exclusive rates and ensuring quality standards that meet the expectations of our discerning defence community.

Amit Kapoor and Dristy Srivastava cracked the code for building a life and a business together. Through highs and lows—and plenty of people saying "you cannot"—they chose "we will." They stood rock-solid for each other in personal and professional life, and built Drishya Hospitality Management (DHM) on the same promise: we deliver what we say.
Both are alumni of IHM Bangalore. They began their careers with Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces, grew across leading brands, and have consistently proved their mettle in hospitality. Their work ethic and interpersonal strengths helped create a large, loyal clientele and deliver reliable services—managing and turning around hotels, and leaving a positive mark at every step.

Dristy Srivastava
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A seasoned hospitality professional (18+ years), Dristy is a multi-functional, motivated, and entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of growing business in new and challenging markets. An exceptional communicator with a consultative sales style, strong negotiation, and sharp problem-solving, she identifies opportunities, sets focus, and drives tactical business solutions that deliver.
Known for her contributions to women's empowerment, Dristy received the Dr. Sarojini Naidu Award (2018) for exceptional contribution to developing women entrepreneurs. Earlier, she was a Mrs. India Finalist (2016)—an experience that honed her confidence and presence at national and international forums.

Amit Kapoor
Co-Founder & Managing Director (Operations & Services)
The steady force behind DHM's operational success, Amit brings 23+ years of incisive hospitality experience. He has led hotels to profitability with deep on-ground expertise in operations, P&L accountability, and collaborations with leading management groups across India. Over the years he has been awarded multiple accolades for his capabilities and consistent results in the hospitality industry.
Amit also spearheaded DHM's simple, user-friendly online booking system—making it easy, transparent, and hassle-free for guests to access the best possible facilities, with no doubt or difficulty. Off the clock, he loves travelling, cooking, and driving—passions that keep his sense of service sharp and people-first.
