Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Drishya Hospitality Management, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies. Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and timing of cancellation.

2. Stays Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee (₹200)
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund of booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Flexible Cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
  • Less than 48 hours before check-in: 50% refund

Non-Refundable: Some promotional bookings are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during booking.

3. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
  • 15-30 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 25% refund
  • No-show or cancellation after departure: No refund

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from cancellation approval
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account
  • UPI and wallet refunds are typically instant to 48 hours
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

5. Modification Policy

Booking modifications (dates, rooms, guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact our support team at least 48 hours before check-in/departure for modification requests.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit vouchers. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Property-Initiated Cancellations

If a property cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund plus a ₹1000 credit voucher for future bookings. We will also assist in finding alternative accommodation.

8. Disputes and Complaints

If you're unsatisfied with your stay or tour, report issues within 24 hours of check-in/tour start. We'll investigate and may offer partial refunds or credit vouchers based on the severity of the issue.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings"
  • Select the booking you wish to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts
